(1) This Act may be called as the “National Insurance Corporation Act, 2025 (1968).”
(2) This Act shall extend throughout Nepal.
(3) This Act shall come into force on such date as the Government of  Nepal may, by a Notification in the Nepal; Gazette, appoint. 1
